Award-winning studio Eightytwo shapes lyrical interiors in which refined craftsmanship and modern sensibilities converge effortlessly
With over a decade of experience, 14 prestigious design awards and nearly 300 completed projects, interior design firm EightyTwo has established itself as a leader in the industry. The name “EightyTwo” is a symbolic fusion of balance, prosperity and infinite possibilities—principles that underpin its approach to creating extraordinary living spaces.
EightyTwo’s approach to design transcends aesthetics; it is about creating homes that resonate on a deeper level. Each project is a meticulous exploration of light, texture and spatial harmony, ensuring that every home is both beautiful and intuitively liveable.
Craft with meaning
With a reputation for excellence, the firm continues to redefine luxury with a focus on timeless design, thoughtful materiality and an innate understanding of how people live. Through collaborations with esteemed brands and an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, EightyTwo creates spaces that are not just designed, but felt.
As the firm forges ahead, its legacy remains steadfast: to design homes that are enduring, deeply personal and, above all, a reflection of the art of living well.
EightyTwo’s signature touch is showcased in one of its latest projects, an apartment in Orchard Residences, where an open living and dining area is designed for both elegance and comfort. Carefully curated pieces such as the Minotti 82 Leslie armchair, Casamilano Royale sofa, and Vitra Noguchi coffee table establish a refined aesthetic, while the Living DNA Alchemy Cloud Cream and Kensington Abstract rugs add warmth and texture. This interplay of furniture and materials elevates the space, creating a sophisticated yet inviting ambiance.

Harmonious Haven
Nestled in the heart of Guillemard is a four storey, inter-terrace house that exemplifies sophisticated, nature-integrated living. EightyTwo’s design seamlessly connects the indoor and outdoor spaces, with a striking light well and a cascading green wall serving as the heart of the home.
“Our aim was to evoke the senses and create a sanctuary that invites nature into the home,” share the EightyTwo team. The green wall is more than just an aesthetic feature; it enhances air quality and fosters tranquillity, while large windows flood the interiors with plenty of natural light, cultivating a breezy, serene atmosphere.
Honouring the home’s post-war heritage, EightyTwo preserved architectural details such as a vintage signboard and classic windows. These elements are harmonised with contemporary touches, including a sleek kitchen island and state-of-the-art appliances, resulting in a space that respects history while also embracing modernity.
Materials play a crucial role in defining the home’s sensory experience. From the warmth of wood to the stately presence of stone, every element is meticulously curated. A standout feature is the hinoki wood bathtub, revered for its soothing aroma and therapeutic qualities, transforming the act of bathing into a ritual of relaxation.
Further enhancing the sensory appeal, EightyTwo partnered with brands such as Frama and Culti Milano to infuse the spaces with enchanting fragrances. The result is a holistic living experience—one that is visually stunning, functionally refined, and deeply emotive.

Understated Elegance
A study in understated luxury, the Regency Park project exemplifies warmth through its meticulous orchestration of textures and spatial flow. Designed with a seamless open plan concept, the living, dining and kitchen areas converge to create an inviting communal space, fostering interaction while maintaining a sense of openness.
EightyTwo concealed beams and piping with a false ceiling, creating an illusion of height. This subtle yet impactful intervention contributes to the overall airiness of the home, ensuring a light and spacious ambience.
The design prioritises both aesthetics and functionality, accommodating the needs of the homeowner and their elderly parents. Thoughtful planning ensures smooth movement, while curated furnishings blend modernity with timelessness. Earth-tone hues dominate the space, bringing warmth to the interiors.
A love for nature is seamlessly integrated into the home’s design. Honouring the homeowner’s equestrian passion, the walls feature thematic artworks, adding personal meaning. Meanwhile, a thoughtfully positioned work desk near a window provides a tranquil setting for moments of reflection, embracing the outdoor greenery as part of the overall narrative.
