Arthaland launches its new gallery in Makati, expressing its unique brand philosophy through Sondris
The rise of new residences across the ever-bustling Metro Manila has once more raised the ever-important question: what do discerning homeowners look for and value in a future home? Arthaland seeks to answer that question and more as they open their latest gallery in Makati, showcasing their unique approach toward each and every one of their developments.
Through the lens of its Sondris unit showcases, this sprawling and interactive space will provide clients and visitors a deeper understanding and appreciation for refined living.

“Rather than simply showcasing a property, we wanted to create an experience that reflects how we approach every development, with intentionality, sustainability, craftsmanship and a deep understanding of how people want to live,“ Arthaland Corporation marketing head Pamela Go explains. Visitors are thus invited to explore Sondris through more than what appearances suggest and closely examine the reasoning behind every detail and decision.
One of those decisions is to make each unit capable of adapting to each homeowner’s lifestyle. The 37-storey tower features 252 one- to three-bedroom units, tangible through an immersive, 270-degree projection experience. Great care was taken to ensure an enhanced measure of flexibility for homeowners to experiment or be creative in designing and furnishing their rooms and spaces. “Our layouts maximise usable space while allowing rooms to evolve alongside changing lifestyles,” Go explains. “Whether that’s working from home, raising a family or simply enjoying quiet moments.“ This does not sacrifice the timeless, valuable elements that the discerning appreciate, such as natural light and circulation.

As visitors walk through the showroom and picture day-to-day life at Sondris, Go hopes that it will shape what they will come to expect of a premium residence. “True luxury today goes beyond beautiful interiors,” Go explains. “It is about quality that you can experience every day: better air, healthier materials, adaptable living spaces, thoughtful craftsmanship and a home that continues to serve your needs for years to come.”
These qualities were made possible through Arthaland's joint venture partnership with Japan-based Mitsui Fudosan, which shares the developer's mindset and philosophy. Complementing this is the work of Singapore-based firm Aedas, the project's architect-of-design. “Our partnership with Mitsui Fudosan brings together the best of both organisations,” Go enthuses. “Sondris reflects the synergy between Aedas, Arthaland and Mitsui Fudosan—a shared commitment to exceptional design, sustainability and creating homes that deliver enduring value for generations to come.”
The gallery offers prospective residents a glimpse of the uninterrupted, tranquil views they will enjoy across the lush greenery of San Lorenzo Village, framed by Makati's iconic skyline. The one-bedroom units are showcased with the Modern and Industrial design schemes, which highlight the compact and refined living options best suited for individuals, while the two-bedroom units are presented through the Timeless and Transitional schemes, which highlight the future residence’s touted flexibility.

This showcase of Sondris will serve as a benchmark—an exciting first step—for how Arthaland will present its future developments. “It allows us to demonstrate that every [one of our] projects begins with the same principles: sustainability, wellness, exceptional design and long-term value,” Go emphasises. “While each development will have its own identity, the philosophy behind them remains consistent.” The Arthaland Gallery is a step toward conveying the possibilities of premium living without compromise. Anchored by like-minded partners and a desire to create a thoughtful environment for growth, Sondris is poised to deliver on that promise.
