Megaworld Luxe Collection debuts with Embassy Hills and a Moss Design House lounge in Uptown Bonifacio, showcasing ultra-luxury residential living
A closer look at the Megaworld Luxe Collection reveals an innovative merging of architecture and design. It is positioned as Megaworld’s ultra-luxury brand, reserved for developments in distinctive, tightly held addresses. Its inaugural offering, Embassy Hills in Quezon City, brings a limited set of residential lots to a site long regarded as the “last piece of New Manila”.
The project builds on the idea that contemporary luxury extends beyond scale or ornamentation. Its foundation rests on “rarity, intent and meaning”, showcased in a dedicated lounge designed by Moss Design House to help bring the concept to life. The space is located on the ground floor of Uptown Eastgate in Uptown Bonifacio, Megaworld’s flagship business township in Taguig City.

“The Megaworld Luxe Collection Lounge was designed to feel more like a private gallery than a traditional real estate sales space,” says Cyndi Fernandez-Beltran of Moss Design House. “Conceived as a space of monumental simplicity, with a focus on sculptural form and proportion, we did not want to overwhelm guests at first glance. Instead, we centred the design on a bespoke experience, carefully considering each guest’s touchpoints, from the gallery to the material wall to the immersive project area in an intentional manner.”

“We shaped the interiors to transform the space’s natural rectangular footprint into fluid, sensual curves,” she adds. “One of our key intentions was to maximise the space without compromising its quiet grandeur. Interior features such as the oculus light and sculptural forms are allowed to speak on their own, creating a calm, contemporary gallery-like atmosphere that feels well composed without being staged.”
Fernandez-Beltran further describes the project as inward-looking compared with earlier work. “It is less about creating loud, attention-grabbing moments and more about allowing people to settle into the space and engage at their own pace,” she says. “The luxury here is not in excess, but in how considered everything feels right—for the brand and for the clientele it serves.”

This approach extends into the broader identity of the project. Jovie Dy, managing director of the Megaworld Luxe Collection, points to Embassy Hills as an early indicator of market response and positioning: “It received a very strong market response as discerning buyers recognised the project’s promise: a rare collection of properties, each defined by either a unique location, concept or collaboration.”
“This is only the beginning,” Dy adds. “Our second project will build on the foundation set by Embassy Hills while introducing new ideas and experiences. If the first project establishes our direction, the next one will push it even further, continuing our commitment to creating exceptional spaces that are distinctly rare.”
