Number 69 - Gallery by Chele

Tied at number 69 with Comorin from India and the Philippines’ Gallery by Chele. Known for chef Chele Gonzalez and chef Carlos Villaflor’s dedication to sustainability and promotion of Philippine produce, the restaurant has been a must-try in the metro since its inception. The mastermind himself, chef Chele, has displayed finesse, artistry, and innovation through both his evolving tasting menus and a la carte offerings. “I feel very happy and proud of my team,” Chele says. “The best award is to see them evolve and all growing together. They have always been able to keep the standards high, and keep pushing on,” he adds.

Number 74 - Antonio's Tagaytay

74th on the list is the time-tested, iconic, Antonio’s Tagaytay by chef Tony Boy Escalante. For decades this establishment has elevated the local dining scene through chef’s exquisite palate and love for his craft. The restaurant has become an automatic go-to for special occasions, celebrations, and for those moments when you simply think you need to pamper yourself.
