Helmed by internationally acclaimed chef Gaggan Anand, Gaggan at Louis Vuitton breathes new life into Bangkok’s fine dining scene and maison’s repertoire. The first of its kind in the region, it offers the best of the brand, which chef Anand has distilled into an incomparable dining experience.
A pyramid of the brand’s signature trunks demarcates this culinary voyage, leading guests to an interior furnished with ten Italian marble tables and accented with Monogram flower lamps and resin structures by Draga & Aurel.

Known for his inventive takes on Indian cuisine, chef Anand’s menu is an exploration of sweet, salty, sour, and spicy flavour profiles and playfully includes a fifth surprise accord. Plates here fuse distinct cooking techniques with the elegant hallmarks of Louis Vuitton, from a mushroom creation arranged in a Damier pattern to a lobster dish inspired by Thai cuisine.

Le Café Louis Vuitton
On the ground floor lies Le Café Louis Vuitton, a place where café fare and patisserie are not just delicious, but also a feast for the eyes. Each cake, tart, parfait, and ice cream sandwich offered here is a work of art decorated with a signature Louis Vuitton touch. The menu is a visual delight, featuring the Monogram Cake that marries the vibrant green of pistachio with the delicate orange of orange blossom, the Star Blossom Cake, a rich chocolate cake adorned with golden caramel, and the Cha Thai parfait, a gourmand take on Thai milk tea.
A notable highlight proves its ode to a classic Thai dessert, the Mango Sticky Rice fizz that sees sticky-rice infused syrup brightened by mango and a splash of tonic water.
