If you’ve been in search of kolok mee, look no further than Nuff. Both a coffeehouse and restaurant, Nuff is the place to go when craving hearty bowls of noodles and great coffee. Its menu houses unconventional iterations of the beloved Sarawakian dish, topping noodles with chicken katsu and ayam bakar gula apong. Dishes unique to Kuching are also on the menu here, such as bihun belacan, a tamarind-infused noodle dish with fixings that usually form rojak.

Situated within DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam I-City, Tosca Trattoria Italiana adds contemporary takes on Italian cuisine to the hotel’s culinary lineup. Begin a meal here with a choice off its antipasto selection of smoked burrata with heirloom tomatoes or jumbo tiger prawns served alongside Italian gremolata and Granny Smith tomato salsa before more substantial servings of Wagyu beef cheek ragout, lobster ravioli swimming in seafood bisque, or wood-fired pizza topped with seafood, buffalo mozzarella, or lamb sausage.

The menu at Kota Kemuning’s Brew N Bread spans continents, from the origins of its coffee to its cuisines of choice. Wearing two hats—one of a boutique coffee roaster and one of a neighbourhood café—meals here take shape with coffee sourced from Latin America, Africa, and Asia paired with comforting plates of creamy tomato rigatoni, clam congee with scallop and barramundi, dark miso Korean fried chicken, nasi ulam with soft shell crab, and more.

Diners can also expect classic brunch plates like beef brisket on avocado toast, big breakfasts, and a slew of hot sandwiches. For those looking to improve their coffee-making skills, Brew N Bread also offers barista training and coffee classes.

While Take Five Coffee Brewers may seem like your regular coffeehouse, the Shah Alam café offers some of the Klang Valley’s best bagels. Besides a range of espresso-based brews, you’ll find an impressive bagel selection of cream cheese slathered bakes and sandwiches stuffed with smoked salmon. Savoury bagels here venture beyond conventional cream cheese toppings, seeing cheesy scrambled eggs and bacon transform bagels into hearty breakfasts and pepperoni, turning these bakes into mini pizzas. For dessert, you can expect a bagel stuffed with Nutella and banana.

Bringing Syrian cuisine to the suburb of Bukit Jelutong, Mozer’s menu is home to an impressive collection of Middle Eastern plates. Located right on the waterfront of Shah Alam Wetland Park, The Coffee Dock offers one of the most serene café experiences in the Klang Valley.
