Here’s the full menu to expect at the Street Sips and Bites Fiesta
You’re invited to an unparalleled dining experience that brings together the country’s biggest talents. The first ever Tatler Dining Festival, featuring IQOS, will be taking over Chinatown from November 22-24, 2024, with a series of gastronomic experiences and immersive activations in a celebration of our homegrown stars.

Located within REXKL’s REXPERIENCE, the Street Sips and Bites Fiesta will be showcasing homegrown local vendors, from iconic street food favourites to creative and innovative restaurants, who will be cooking up a storm. Here is the full menu that will be served at the Street Sips and Bites Fiesta from November 23 to 24, 6-11 pm.

Aliyaa - Trio of appam

Known for Sri Lankan dishes, Aliyaa will be serving a trip of sweet and savoury appam, namely plain appam, egg appam, and sweet appam.
Bartolo - Sardine, Fritters, and Pastel de Nata

Portuguese bakery Bartolo will be serving three traditional dishes: the sardine tiborna (an open-faced bread with olive oil), bacalhau (salt cod) fritters, and flaky pastel de nata.
Chocha Foodstore - Umai, Tempura, Jackfruit

Modern Malaysian eatery Chocha Foodstore stays true to its roots of championing local produce with umai featuring citrus-cured snapper with laksa Sarawak paste and a dessert of jackfruit with black pulut custard and pandan oil.

Dao - Duo of soy-based desserts

Above Dao
Speciality dessert café Dao will be doing what it does best—soy-based desserts! In this case, featured will be the Sundao Best soft serve and the Dao Nai Bing shaved soy ice.
The Hungry Tapir x Lagula - Satay, Burger, and Croissant

Above The Hungry Tapir x Lagula
Plant based eatery The Hungry Tapir and its sister bakery will be cooking up the signature Mama’s Satay, Pink Bombshell Burger Sliders, and a rendang croissant.
Ignis - Wagyu and Chicken Skewer, Honey Corn

Specialising in grilling, Ignis will be serving up a Wagyu Beef Skewer with lemongrass relish, Chicken Skewer with pickled cucumber, and sriracha soy-glazed honey corn.
Kayra - Chaat, Pal Kappa
Above Kayra
South Indian restaurant Kayra will be paying homage to its roots with a deconstructed chaat and pal kappa (tapioca cooked with coconut milk) with beef or prawn.
Paolo Paolo Gelato - Pani Puri sorbet and Pulut Inti gelato

Paolo Paolo Gelato will be dishing out spiced potato sorbet served in crispy pani puri shells, as well as its take on pulut inti in the form of a gelato, which sees glutinous rice gelato topped with savoury desiccated coconut.
Provisions - Grilled cheese, Chicken Slider, Jaffle

Brunch and lunch spot Provisions will be bringing a taste of Australian comfort fare with a local twist. Think oozy kimchi grilled cheese, fried chicken sliders, and kaya jaffle (toastie sandwich).
Supernormal - Kulim and Ondeh Waffles

By the team behind Beta and Skillet comes a new and more casual concept, Supernormal, which will be dishing out kulim mushroom waffles and ondeh waffles.
Terra Dining - Tartare on chips, char siu pulled duck

Modern Malaysian eatery Terra Dining will be serving up salmon tartare nachos with kaffir lime mayo as well as char siu pulled duck baos with spring onion aioli.
Triple Decker - Beef and falafel burgers

Above Triple Decker
Travelling smash burger specialist Triple Decker will be dishing out the signature Decker Burger with caramelised onions, the triple patty, and its vegetarian falafel burger.
