Partnering with the Zouk Group, Korio will open at IOI Central Boulevard Towers on December 11 and will offer signature favourites such as the grilled cheese and breakfast sammy

After a successful pop-up earlier this year, Singapore’s beloved sandwich shop Korio will reopen with a permanent space at IOI Central Boulevard Towers the CBD on December 11. The new space, which spans over 600 feet, is a partnership between Zouk Group and will offer popular favourites that have garnered Korio many fans over the years.

Andrew Li, CEO of Zouk Group, expressed his excitement, saying: “The success of our pop-up demonstrated how much Korio resonates with its growing customer base.... We’re excited to create a space that can meet demand while continuing to deliver the quality and experience our guests have come to love.”

Signature items like the grilled cheese, featuring whole wheat sourdough, a blend of American and cheddar cheeses, and caramelised onions, and the breakfast sammy, layered with luncheon meat and creamy sauce gribiche on brioche, remain highlights. For dessert lovers, the Brooklyn-inspired brioche doughnuts, including favourites like cinnamon sugar and apple crumble, are sure to satisfy.

Myron and Shaz Tan added: “This journey has always been about our dedication to creating timeless classics that people crave and are comforted by, and we’re eager to build on that foundation. Partnering with Zouk Group allows us to enhance our offerings and reach a broader audience, and together, we’re confident we can bring an elevated experience to both our loyal fans and new guests alike.”
