Signature items like the grilled cheese, featuring whole wheat sourdough, a blend of American and cheddar cheeses, and caramelised onions, and the breakfast sammy, layered with luncheon meat and creamy sauce gribiche on brioche, remain highlights. For dessert lovers, the Brooklyn-inspired brioche doughnuts, including favourites like cinnamon sugar and apple crumble, are sure to satisfy.
Myron and Shaz Tan added: “This journey has always been about our dedication to creating timeless classics that people crave and are comforted by, and we’re eager to build on that foundation.
