1. Baia

Perched on the rooftop of Esplanade Mall will be Baia, named after the ancient Roman holiday resort city populated with plush villas, renowned for its hedonism and frequented by aristocrats. In the 21st century, Baia channels the luxury of its namesake city with chic art deco interiors, its space designed for after-work tipples, corporate events, and even an elegant wedding. Not forgetting the lively spirit of Baia, the new bar will also have a daily curated programme of live acts, including DJs, dance performances, magicians, and more.
Best of all, offering an uninterrupted view of the Marina Bay skyline and the F1 Grand Prix race track, Baia is set to be the next place to see and be seen for celebrations like New Year’s Eve—perfect for sipping on eclectic drinks as you watch the fireworks light up the skyline.

2. Sospiri

Sospiri is the name of a delicate cream-filled pastry beloved by many Italians. It was also the favourite dessert of de Vito’s as a child in Puglia, and it is these memories of joy that informs the culinary direction of Sospiri, located on the seventh floor of the newly-constructed Ioi Central Boulevard Towers.
The Italians prize the tradition and authenticity of their cooking above all else, and Sospiri is no different, served amidst a backdrop resembling the luxurious and comfortable Roman holiday homes. Yet, expect some imaginative interpretations of classic southern Italian recipes that add a breath of fresh air into the cuisine.
Located as it is in the central business district, Sospiri provides a respite for wide-eyed visitors and the working crowd alike, with a weekday set lunch perfect for time-strapped professionals and a weekend brunch ideal for families. They say you never go hungry in an Italian’s home; at Sospiri, it is the same.
