Michelin has officially arrived in the Philippines to award restaurants from Manila and Environs & Cebu—read on to find out which restaurants have won Michelin stars
On October 30 2025, the Michelin Guide revealed its first-ever restaurant selection for Manila and Environs & Cebu—marking a defining moment for the country’s culinary community.
All of the country’s F&B insiders gathered in Manila Marriott Hotel in Newport World Resorts, for the Michelin Guide Ceremony, excited to celebrate the continued growth of the Filipino dining scene. The room buzzed with anticipation and curious chatter. People made their guesses and wished their friends and competitors well, wondering who would win the coveted Michelin stars. The evening was filled with waves of emotion, from teams spread across the archipelago’s kitchens, our bustling capitals, to its coastal cities.

The respected and world-renowned list awarded ten stars and 25 Bib Gourmand selections, 74 Michelin Selects, plus three Special Awards, spotlighting 108 eateries in our country. The Michelin Guide and the Department of Tourism proudly honour outstanding individuals shaping the industry. The event was graced by Gwendal Poullennec, international director of The Michelin Guide and Christina Garcia Frasco, Secretary of the Department of Tourism.
Every recognition follows Michelin’s globally respected criteria: from ingredient quality and technical mastery, to the harmony of flavours and the unique personality expressed through each chef’s cuisine.

For 2026, the two-star achievement goes to Helm by Josh Boutwood. At his flagship fine dining destination Helm, chef Josh Boutwood lets his imagination run wild, blending gastronomy and theatre in a truly boundary-breaking experience.
