If you're planning to go meatless for your next meal, start with this creamy soup topped with a focaccia parmigiano crouton. For the next course, we'd recommend the house-made Bagoss cheese ravioli consisting of delicate pasta pillows tossed in browned butter and served with balsamic reduction and black truffle.
