With a reputable portfolio of restaurants around the world, chef Jereme Leung is rightfully touted as a pioneer in contemporary Chinese cuisine. Over his 40-odd years in the industry, the Hong Kong-born chef immersed himself in the diverse culinary landscapes of China, boasting a comprehensive understanding of regional Chinese gastronomy.

Now, Leung has returned to Manila to launch an all-new set menu at his restaurant, China Blue by Jereme Leung, available until the end of August—and until this Sunday, July 23, you can find the charismatic celebrity chef right there cooking for you at the restaurant.
