Don't worry, beer happy
Better With Beer, a Hong Kong craft beer festival organised by the team behind Clockenflap, returns to the Central Harbourfront on September 15 and 16. The festival will offer over 150 brews from more than 20 local breweries, including Black Kite, Brewdog, Gweilo, and Tai-Pan Beer Co. There will also be live music by local bands and DJs in the entertainment tent, Dai Dadi. The Friday evening line-up boasts DJ duos like Crimes Against Pop and Uptown Rockers, while Saturday sessions deliver eclectic acts from Murphy and The Lawyers to M4Gang.
Aside from the beer and beats, The Playground will provide games for attendees to keep themselves entertained, including giant aeroplane chess and Hong Kong-style hopscotch. Meanwhile, the Dai Pai Dong tent will be the place for drag bingo, lip sync battles, and live comedy. A range of food will also be available when hunger strikes. Early bird tickets are now available and start from HK$400 for session passes and HK$1,520 for groups of four, inclusive of unlimited beer flow.
