Foura, the new lifestyle hospitality concept at Imba Theatre, pairs contemporary Asian-European cuisine with yoga, run clubs and wellness programming at Singapore's latest cultural destination
Singapore’s dining scene welcomes a new lifestyle concept with the opening of Foura at Imba Theatre, the city’s newest cultural destination within Gardens by the Bay.
Positioning itself as more than just a restaurant, the 4,000 sq ft venue brings together contemporary dining and community-focused wellness programming in a single destination. Housed in a glasshouse overlooking the gardens, Foura seats 120 guests across indoor and outdoor spaces and is designed around four pillars of wellbeing: physical, mental, emotional and relational.
The concept is founded by Dharma Wang and Benjamin Aryanto, the duo behind Bae’s Cocktail Club and Milli, alongside Ryan Pang, founder of Equate and Habitat Coffee, and Elwin Tan, a food technologist with a PhD in stem cell and ageing from the National University of Singapore.

To coincide with its launch, Foura is partnering with Imba Theatre on a series of immersive yoga sessions led by practitioners including Jyan Yang of Jyan Yoga Studio. The collaboration forms part of a wider calendar of weekly experiences that will include pilates, run clubs, sound baths, breathwork sessions and mental wellness gatherings, reinforcing the venue’s ambition to become a community hub beyond mealtimes.
On the culinary front, the menu brings together Asian and European influences with an emphasis on nutrient-dense ingredients inspired by the eating habits of Blue Zone communities, regions associated with longevity and healthy ageing. Dishes incorporate grass-fed and free-range proteins, omega-rich seafood and seasonal produce, complemented by ingredients such as high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oil.
Signature dishes include burratina & roasted pumpkin, three-fish chirashi don, wild mushroom linguine, herb confit chicken leg, shio koji rainbow trout and Patagonian toothfish served with roasted cauliflower purée and clam-kelp broth.

The beverage programme extends the wellness philosophy with single-origin Arabica coffee, ceremonial-grade matcha, cold-pressed juices, kombuchas and smoothies. Specialty drinks include the ube matcha and Nimbus Dawn, an espresso foam and coconut water creation.
Beyond its menu, Foura places equal emphasis on the overall dining experience. The ambience evolves throughout the day through curated music, signature scents and personalised service rituals, while the streamlined menu and garden-facing setting are intended to encourage mindful dining and meaningful social interaction.
“We wanted to bring nourishment, movement and connection into one cohesive hospitality experience,” said Benjamin Aryanto, co-founder and marketing director of Foura.
Co-founder Dharma Wang added that the goal is to create “a destination people want to return to, whether for a meal, a gathering, or one of our recurring wellness sessions.”
With the opening of Foura, Imba Theatre gains not only a restaurant but a lifestyle destination that reflects the growing convergence of food, wellness and community, offering guests reasons to return long after the meal is over.
