Created in collaboration with Denmark’s Copenhagen Distillery—named Global Best Craft Producer at the Icons of Whisky 2026 awards—this single-cask, single-malt whisky is crafted from organic Danish malted barley and aged in a former orange gin cask.
Expect refreshing top notes of citrus and juniper, yielding to a warm palate of honey and cereal, finished with the spiced, bitter flavours of black pepper and almond. With only 148 bottles available, this is an exceptionally rare find.
The Hong Kong limited edition is available for orders online from HK$2,880, with discounts available until June 22.

Executive pastry chef Jonathan Soukdeo at Rosewood Hong Kong’s Butterfly Patisserie has curated a selection of refined chocolates and pastries for Father’s Day.
A stand-out is the signature Hokkaido flan set, available in two flavours: one, a chocolate and hazelnut praline-infused Tahitian vanilla custard, the other showcasing a velvety, coffee-infused custard, both set in an ultra-crisp puff pastry. Another favourite is the assortment of chocolate cigars: a collection of four pralines, featuring rich dark chocolate hazelnut and milk chocolate pecan.
The flan set is priced from HK$216 each; the chocolate cigars are HK$258 per box. The Father’s Day collection is available for online orders, pick-up and delivery until June 21.
