Joji’s Diner
If you are an Archie comics lover, you would notice the similarities between this diner and the comic’s Pop’s Chock’lit Shoppe. Inspired by American diners in the 1980s, the joint is filled with nostalgic touches that take us back to that era—just look at its checkerboard flooring and red booth seating. On top of that, the diner also offers classic American fare such as chicken and waffles, and the All-Star Plate. The latter is an all-day breakfast filled with French toast, hash browns, baked beans and scrambled eggs. Of course, a hearty meal isn’t complete without a drink like its indulgent chocolate milkshake.

Firangi Superstar
Entering this Indian restaurant is like stepping into a Wes Anderson film. While not entirely inspired by the American filmmaker, the restaurant’s décor and furnishing seem to take cues from his various movies, like The Darjeeling Limited. Its colonial-styled rooms and dark interiors perfectly complement the modern Indian fare. Try signatures like the prata waffle crowned with juicy Madras fried chicken and glazed in a creamy makhana sauce. Or, go for the fork-tender tandoori spiced lamb with confit garlic.
