Founded in 2016, this neighbourhood spot has evolved over the years, adjusting to the changing needs of its Corinthian Hills community. From a bakery that only focused on all-day breakfast, it now leans heavily on French flavours and classical cooking techniques to deliver contemporary bistro favourites from lunch to late-night bites, proudly serving a more complete and refined dining experience care of chef Jacqueline Tan. While the atmosphere is decidedly casual, the artisanal touches demonstrate the kitchen’s dedication to quality and thoughtful offerings.

Tatler Tip: Crafted in collaboration with the Good Morning Wines team, their special bar chow menu features Japanese-inspired dishes designed to pair harmoniously with their selection of Japanese and French wines, plus cocktails and mocktails with Japanese twists. Try out the salmon gravlax crudo with yuzu or egg salad eclair, or opt for more filling options like the chilled duck soba.

Den is a sexy spin on Nikkei’s tried-and-tested Japanese Peruvian concept, open until late to cater to an after-hours crowd with a beverage programme that covers craft cocktails, sake, wine and spirits too. At Den, the menu focuses on a selection of premium Wagyu cuts, while also serving the sushi and seafood Nikkei is known for. The concept is a collaboration with new-generation top Japanese-Peruvian chefs Renato Kanashiro and Coco Tomita from Lima, Peru, to showcase an ever-evolving menu for their adventurous clientele.

Tatler Tip: Den by Nikkei’s bar chow menu is available from 8pm onwards. Stop by to snack on their chipirones with yuzu mayo and togarashi, Japanese oyster tempura or truffle and cheese sausages, among others.

Here, executive chef Kenneth Villaluz brings classic American favourites to our own King City of the South, marrying locally sourced ingredients with time-honoured recipes from the Creoles to the Carolinas. Tucked within a stunning heritage house, the casual restaurant has become a fun watering hole for hearty comfort food as well as craft cocktails, known for its well-appointed bar and extensive selection of American whiskies.

Tatler Tip: Try some off-menu specialities like devilled eggs with fish roe and fried oysters, burger steak with mushroom gravy or Southern steak bites with garlic rice. These secret hits, along with the rest of their menu, are available until late!

When all you want is a juicy, delicious smash burger, look no further than Hungry Homies. Inspired by owner Miggy Cruz’s own travels through burger capitals like California and New York, their lean but thoughtfully curated menu reflects his personal preferences, both in taste and presentation. Their newest and biggest branch at Molito, Alabang provides a more comfortable dine-in experience, as well as new exclusives such as the frozen Palmer (a blend of iced tea and calamansi).

Tatler Tip: The entire menu remains available until close, including their newly launched chilli con Cali cheese fries: housemade fries with chilli con carne, cheese sauce, onions, and pickles. But the team’s late-night favourite? The chilli cheese lumpia paired with their secret sauce, the ideal bar chow.

At La Chinesca, chef Bruce Ricketts presents his bold and irreverent take on his favourite Mexican dishes. With his expert grasp on technique and a mindful eye towards tradition, the casual taquería boasts innovative bites that are distinctly Ricketts, with creative and bold flavours that warrant La Chinesca a cult favourite in the metro. Be sure to visit their new BGC flagship, which features unique retail finds as well as La Chinesca merch, bottled salsas and dog treats.

Tatler Tip: La Chinesca’s all-day offerings remain available until close. Missed their prawn zarandeado with latik from their pop-up at The Balmori Suites? This must-try dish is available as an off-menu item.

Taco lovers are spoiled for choice here, and will not be let down. Do take the time to customise, as Lágrima is happy to make adjustments to your order. Complete your feast with some cocktails like the Mezcalita (mezcal margarita) while you’re at it—the Salcedo shop is open till midnight!

Tatler Tip: The kitchen loves to get creative, so follow their social media for specials and new dishes. The quesabirria tacos, an off-menu speciality, boasts a unique and spicy twist with a malaspiked consomme.

This Salcedo Village restaurant is a maximalist jewel that is the perfect setting for chefs RJ Ramos and Alphonse Sotero’s elegant take on Southeast Asian cuisine. Delicately presented with the region’s signature bold flavours intact, Papillon takes familiar Asian dishes and painstakingly applies classical cooking techniques to give them a contemporary twist. With Ramos focusing on savoury creations and Sotero training his attention on their desserts, you can expect an exciting gastronomic journey from start to finish.

Tatler Tip: Papillon’s bar chow menu is available from 9pm until late,  featuring items like salted egg popcorn, massaman curry nachos, and tom yum poppers.

Thanks to the Wildflour Hospitality Group, this all-American favourite was the brand’s first international franchise. Tuck into unique hotdogs inspired by various cities around the world, complete with classic sides and on-screen entertainment from the newly renovated sports bar, then head next door to the Hotel Bar for a well-made cocktail.

Tatler Tip: Change up your Pink’s routine and order the off-menu BBQ bacon burger, breakfast burger or Korean fried chicken sandwich on your next visit. Alternatively, ask about their special bar chow menu available from 5pm onwards, including items like the California burger, prawn roll and sausage sampler.

Armed with the expertise of Wildflour, the group brings us a one-of-a-kind pizza with a thin, crispy, dreamy crust, topped with only the finest ingredients—a meal that many have fallen in love with. Following the Wildflour Hospitality Group’s food philosophy and dedication to working with farmers, Pizza Sisters hopes to bring quality dining to a much wider audience. The pizzas are served in the sports bar at Pink’s and also at Hotel Bar.

Tatler Tip: Pink’s and Pizza Sisters have opened a second location in Salcedo Village, bringing with them a speakeasy that embraces their new locale, Village Bar. About
