Two hundred years ago, a spring in the French Alps gave birth to one of the world's most renowned mineral waters: evian®. This mineral water meticulously seeps through Alpine rock for 15 years, accumulating a balanced blend of minerals, making evian® a symbol of fine dining and luxury for generations. In 2026, evian® celebrates its 200th anniversary, a year-long celebration of its beautiful and meaningful story unfolds at fine dining establishments, where evian® brings people together to socialize, converse, and share quality time.
The bicentennial celebrations across the Asia Pacific region were conveyed through curated taste experiences created by renowned chefs, hospitality partners, and distinguished guests who believe that taste and dining are an integral part of lifestyle. A memorable journey began at WHISK Dining Atelier at The Mira Hong Kong, where Chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier from Maison Dunand Bangkok created two exceptional dinners in April. This collaboration holds special significance as Chef Arnaud grew up just five kilometers from Évian-les-Bains.

Taipei: A Milestone Marked
In June, the celebration arrived in Taiwan at the Four Points by Sheraton Linkou hotel, bringing together hospitality industry professionals, partners, and thought leaders to experience the purity of the mineral water directly used as a key ingredient in their cuisine.
The creation of highlight menu items remarkably utilizes the potential of evian® mineral water. Examples include the Hong Kong-Style Braised Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, which uses the mineral water as a base to create a rich and smooth broth, highlighting the exquisite flavors of the premium ingredients, and the Lemon Red-Flesh Guava Elixir, a refreshing drink that blends the natural sweetness of red guava with the invigorating tartness of lemon, leaving a perfectly clean and pure finish.

Bangkok: Celebrating 200 Years Young
The spectacular conclusion will be held in Thailand at The Allium Bangkok restaurant, The Athenee Hotel Bangkok, reflecting a global celebration in a vibrant local context, along with the launch of the 'Jeff Koons Limited Edition' collection, which blends the world-renowned artist's playful vision with the timeless 'Live Young' identity.
Chef Clément Hernandez will lead the team in creating an exceptional meal, joined by Golf Kittibodee Chotubtim, a Diageo World Class mixologist, who will craft special cocktails, and DJ Balloondog to entertain the ambiance throughout the evening. Leading partners and influencers, including Chef Nick - Nattapol Phavapaiboon of Wang Hing Hoi restaurant, and Chef Arnaud Dunand from Maison Dunand Bangkok, two evian® chef ambassadors, will join in raising a toast to the next chapter of the brand.
