Purchasing a Cocktail NFT means you will be the only one who can order your chosen drink at the bar
It has been two years since Sago House—a homegrown bar which has clinched the 31st spot at the Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2022—opened its doors. Since then, veteran bartenders and owners Jay Gray, Desiree Jane Silva and George Abishek have concocted more than 270 cocktails.
In its first year of operations, the team curated six new cocktails served across the different menu categories— strong up, strong down, daisies, highballs, sours and tropical drinks. Once the week was over, these cocktails were taken off the menu permanently.

Recalling these creations has inspired the trio to launch the Sago House Cocktail NFTs. Imbibers who purchase an NFT will be able to open the time capsule menu and own one of these cocktails forever. Two of these are Herb Your Enthusiasm, which was featured on the week 19 menu, and Orange You Glad He’s Gone, which appeared on the week 21 menu. The former is a refreshing combination of gin, dry vermouth, yellow chartreuse and herb syrup, while the latter is a medley of coconut vodka, aged rum, pineapple and sugar lime.
If you buy an NFT, you will be the only one who can order your chosen cocktail NFT at the bar—with a maximum of 10 servings per visit. Moreover, you will enjoy exclusive member benefits which include early access to the owners’ upcoming cocktail book, Don’t Try, Volume I. The publication will be funded by sales from the cocktail NFTs.
