Tatler friends were invited to the Tatler House to experience paradise on earth with Hennessy Paradis Cognac

When you think of luxury cognacs, Hennessy Paradis often springs to mind. Created in 1979 by then master blender Maurice Fillioux, this exquisite expression with a complex and layered flavour profile is an assemblage of over 100 rarest and oldest eaux-de-vie handpicked by the master cellar himself.

To this day, Hennessy Paradis (which is now in the hands of master blender Renaud Fillioux de Gironde) remains at the pinnacle of the cognac world with its full and velvety texture, complex character, and deep persistent finish. This sumptuous flavour profile has not changed since the expression was first launched more than 40 years ago.

A select group of Tatler friends got the chance to sample this sublime brown spirit when they were invited to the Tatler House for the ‘Paradis is on Earth’ event that took place from May 3 to 5. Guests were welcomed with the Hennessy XO (served three ways) and delectable canapes from catering company, Caterco, before Hennessy Paradis brand ambassador Chong Wai Keng guided them through the Hennessy Paradis cognac tasting.

There was also a surprise for the guests on all three nights—they were the first ones to experience first-hand the Hennessy Hands, a bespoke engraving service that combines the maison’s craftsmanship, innovation and personalisation in one bottle. It is, indeed, a true testament to its savoir-faire and cognac lovers may now avail of this service when they purchase a bottle at Crystal Wines CapitaSpring.
