The full rundown of all the 30+ tipples that our partnering brands and bars have concocted for the weekend
The countdown to our inaugural Cocktail Festival is in full swing! For one weekend only, we’re bringing together six of Singapore and Malaysia’s most celebrated bartenders, who have each created a custom cocktail exclusively for this tipple-focused event.

On top of the six signature cocktails, 11 other supporting bars and drink partners will create one to three cocktails each that will be available for purchase, bringing our overall cocktail count to over 35 for the weekend. Complementing the abundance of drinks will be free-flow bar snacks and nibbles.

Hennessy x Remedy Bar

Hennessy is partnering with Taman Paramount’s Remedy Bar to present guests with a trio of cocktails celebrating the remarkable cognac. The Boi Blossom Fizz is an effervescent blend of Hennessy V.S.O.P, roselle asamboi cordial, and soda water.
The Chrysanthemum Cocktail is perfect for those who love stiff drinks, made with Hennessy V.S.O.P, Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambéry, and La Fée Parisienne Absinthe. Lastly, the Brandy Sour mixes Hennessy V.S.O.P, lemon juice, simple syrup , and Angostura bitters.
Tanqueray x Frank’s Bar

World-renowned gin brand Tanqueray is partnering with Kuala Lumpur’s Sinatra-inspired bar Frank’s Bar to present sophisticated gin-based drinks at the Cocktail Festival. The Vermú Negroni presents a Tanqueray twist on the classic Negroni with Tanqueray 10, Frank’s blended vermouth, and Campari.
The Frank’s Gimlet is perfect for those who prefer citrusy cocktails with its seamless blend of Tanqueray 10, sake, malic lime cordial, and orange bitters. Another citrusy tipple, Southside, is also made with a Tanqueray 10 base that is topped up with melon mix, absinthe, mint, and citrus juice.
Roku Gin

The iconic Japanese Roku Gin is known for its well-balanced and delicate floral aromas that make it ideal for a plethora of cocktail variations. For our Cocktail Festival, Roku Gin will bring their in-house mixologist, who will be shaking up a Roku Negroni and Roku Ume Fizz.
The Roku Negroni is a mixture of Roku Gin, Blanc vermouth, Campari and an orange twist, while the Roku Ume Fizz also uses a Roku Gin base that is combined with umeshu and bitter lemon before being topped with a plum slice.

Kakubin Whisky

Alongside its Suntory counterpart, Kakubin Whisky's ambassador will be serving up classic highballs with a Malaysian twist. The Kakubin MY Highball is a refreshing combination of Kakubin Whisky, pandan lemongrass syrup, and soda water, topped with a pandan leaf.
Dewar’s

Also bringing along its in-house mixologist, the beloved blended Scotch whisky brand is whipping up three cocktails, each using a different Dewar’s product for each one. The aptly named Ruby Sour uses Dewar’s Portuguese Smooth as its base with lemon juice, sugar, port wine, and merlot.
The Hornet’s Knees is a mix of Dewar’s Ilegal Smooth Whisky, Dom Benedictine, honey, lemon, and bitters, whereas the D15 Highball is a simple combination of Dewar’s 15 Year Old and soda.
Bombay Sapphire

Bombay Sapphire's trio consists of two signature cocktails and one classic cocktail. The first is the Sunset Spritz, a combination of Bombay Sapphire Sunset, Martini Vermouth Bianco, mandarins, kaffir lime juice, star anise, and soda.
The second cocktail, Silk Road #2, combines Bombay Sapphire, Dom Benedictine, apricot, cascara, lemons, and bitters. Lastly, the Bombay Tonic is a classic gin and tonic made better with Bombay Sapphire.

Johnnie Walker x Rimbar KL

Johnnie Walker is presenting a trio of Black Label based tipples by Rimbar KLthat promise to hit the spot for any whisky aficionado out there. The High-T is an inventive combination of earl grey-infused Johnnie Walker Black Label, calamansi cordial, and soda, topped with a mandarin peel.
The rich and bold Yame cocktail brings together Black Label, Solera, Frangelico, matcha kefir, and chocolate bitters. Lastly, the Boulevard is a classy mixture of Black Label, Sherry blend, amaro, bénédictine, and bitters.
Martell

For the cognac connoisseurs, Martell's trio of cocktails will bring you on a journey through the smooth, citrusy, and bold. The Fine à l’Eau is a refreshing mix of Martell Noblige, lemon, syrup, and soda.
The Gnac & Coffee is sure to perk you up with its combination of Martell Noblige, coconut water, syrup, and Ethiopian coffee. Last but not least, the Radiant Fortune (Metal 金) also uses Martell Noblige as its base that is blended with Campari, sweet vermouth, soda, and oranges.
Monkey 47

Another option for fans of gin, Monkey 47's cocktail offerings are ideal for those who love tastefully fruity cocktails. The Bramble 47 is a fresh berry-forward tipple, made with Monkey 47, crème de mûre, syrup, lemon, and berries.
Meanwhile, the 47Up is a boozy take on the classic soda with Monkey 47, 7Up, lime juice, and lemons. The Negroni 47 sits on the stiffer side compared to its two peers as a mixture of Monkey 47, Italian vermouth, Campari, and oranges.

Chivas

Chivas Regal is also presenting a trio of cocktails for the weekend: the Terroir Highball, Extra Exquisite, and Extra Sangria. The Terroir Highball is made with Chivas 13 Extra Sherry Cask, wintermelon tea honey cordial, acid, soda water, and salted pandan water.
Meanwhile, the Extra Exquisite is a blend of Chivas 13 Extra Sherry Cask, charred bell pepper cordial, laksa leaves, lemon juice, aquafaba, Himalaya pink salt, and Sarawak black pepper. Lastly, the Extra Sangria is made of Chivas 13 Years Extra Sherry Cask, Campo Viejo Rioja, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and soda water.
Vertigo

Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur’s stylish rooftop bar Vertigo is also making with its Royale Sunset, Sleep Walker, and La Memoria. The Royale Sunset is a fun combination with Gordon’s London Dry Gin, yuzu purée, orange juice, and tonic water.
The Sleep Walker stars Johnnie Walker Black Label and is a peachy combination of peach schnapps, peach purée, lemon juice, egg white, and cacao bitters. Le Memoria combines Limoncello with ginger ale, orgeat syrup, and Angostura bitters.

Tatler Dining’s first ever Cocktail Festival held in partnership with the Singapore Tourism Board, will be held at Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur’s open-air courtyard. The star-studded lineup includes Jon Lee from Penrose KL, Angel Ng Ji from Triptyk, and Affie Adut from Here & Now representing Malaysia and Desiree Jane from Sago House, Isz Valentino from The Dragon Chamber, and He Xin from Mama Diam joining us from Singapore.
