Ruth’s Chris Steak House has found a new home here in The Fort, making its first entry into the Philippines
This tried and tested steakhouse brings fond memories for many diners’ vacations abroad, from celebrating milestones or simply indulging in a great meal with family.
In 1965, an industrious woman named Ruth Ann Udstad purchased a restaurant named Chris Steakhouse, but a devastating fire ruined the establishment in 1976. At Ruth’s Chris, their signature touch (which is known the world over) gives each one of their juicy custom-aged USDA steaks that added oomph. Each melt-in-your-mouth steak is served up on a 500 degree Fahrenheit sizzling plate with a pat of butter. In fact, all their dishes are presented on hot-plates, from vegetables to appetisers, ensuring that every diner’s meal stays hot until the very last bite.
Aside from a succulent steak, make sure you try their crispy, golden, (huge) onion rings, and Ruth’s Chopp Salad too. A classic vesper martini or one of their more whimsical cocktails will add the cherry on top of your decadent meal.
