Chef-owner Ryan Clift and head chef Ayo Adeyemi present their latest dinner menu featuring a creative range of fresh ingredients and innovative techniques. Whet the appetite with the flavourful Wagyu tartare tartlet, featuring A5 Wagyu beef served in a charcoal tart pastry and topped with a confit egg. Then, be enthralled by dishes such the liquid omelette, comprising of a velvety smooth omelette adorned with black truffles, black Corsican pancetta, and vin jaune cream; and Hokkaido scallop and purple garlic soup. The latter sees brined Hokkaido scallops accompanied with milk braised parsley root and fragrant purple garlic. Available from now until March 31. Book here.

2. Seafood Paradise

4. Aether House

Head to Sofitel Singapore City Centre for a fashion-inspired afternoon tea, in celebration of the release of Balmain Dreams 10: OR. This latest Balmain collection is a collaboration between Balmain and Z2 Comics showcasing fashionable creations by creative director Oliver Rousteing’s.
 
Inspired by Rousteing’s sketches, executive pastry chef Sam Leong has conceptualised a delectable afternoon tea set featuring classic French flavours. Start off with savoury delights such as the baked cheese tart, smoked salmon sandwich and compressed duck rillettes.
