1. Tippling Club

Chef-owner Ryan Clift and head chef Ayo Adeyemi present their latest dinner menu featuring a creative range of fresh ingredients and innovative techniques. Whet the appetite with the flavourful Wagyu tartare tartlet, featuring A5 Wagyu beef served in a charcoal tart pastry and topped with a confit egg. Then, be enthralled by dishes such the liquid omelette, comprising of a velvety smooth omelette adorned with black truffles, black Corsican pancetta, and vin jaune cream; and Hokkaido scallop and purple garlic soup. The latter sees brined Hokkaido scallops accompanied with milk braised parsley root and fragrant purple garlic. Available from now until March 31. Book here.

2. Seafood Paradise

Visit Seafood Paradise for a seafood feast, in celebration of its first anniversary at Vivocity. Look forward to newly curated dishes including juicy salt-baked Sri Lankan crab laced with a light veil of salt; nostalgic roasted chicken fragranced with crispy garlic; and sweet and sour pork cooked with a splash of champagne for a sweet and tangy finish. 3. Tiffin Room

Experience Holi, the festival of colours, through Tiffin Room’s The Flavours of Holi menu, curated by chef de cuisine Kuldeep Negi. Delight in North Indian fare, as chef Negi pays homage to the popular ancient Hindu festival. Its lunch and dinner menu features a beautiful symphony of authentic delicacies, presented in the signature Tiffin Box. Highlights of the menu include pan seared barramundi with mint and coriander paste; chickpea masala curry with naan; and spicy tandoori grilled chicken leg. Available from March 5 to 19. Book here.

4. Aether House

Visit Aether House for lunch and savour its new lunch sets, curated by chef Laurent Brouard and his team. Each lunch set comes with an entree of fresh garden salad, a sandwich and dessert. Try the Le Croque set which begins with the le jardin d’aether salad, comprising of fresh vegetables, avocado, fennel and grapefruit, for citrus kick. Then, sink your teeth into the le croque truffe sandwich, featuring layers of creamy truffle béchamel, succulent Paris ham, and aromatic French comet between soft and fluffy bread. 5. 1864

Head to Sofitel Singapore City Centre for a fashion-inspired afternoon tea, in celebration of the release of Balmain Dreams 10: OR. This latest Balmain collection is a collaboration between Balmain and Z2 Comics showcasing fashionable creations by creative director Oliver Rousteing’s.
Inspired by Rousteing’s sketches, executive pastry chef Sam Leong has conceptualised a delectable afternoon tea set featuring classic French flavours. Start off with savoury delights such as the baked cheese tart, smoked salmon sandwich and compressed duck rillettes. Desserts are also a sweet affair with options like refreshing yuzu matcha gateau and jasmine mango mousse.  Available from now until March 23. Book here.
