Chef-owner Ryan Clift and head chef Ayo Adeyemi present their latest dinner menu featuring a creative range of fresh ingredients and innovative techniques. Whet the appetite with the flavourful Wagyu tartare tartlet, featuring A5 Wagyu beef served in a charcoal tart pastry and topped with a confit egg. Then, be enthralled by dishes such the liquid omelette, comprising of a velvety smooth omelette adorned with black truffles, black Corsican pancetta, and vin jaune cream; and Hokkaido scallop and purple garlic soup.
