Dynasty of Aromatic at Pearlite

Pearlite is helmed by chef Sau Xiang, who aims to combine art and food through the dishes he creates. Diners enjoy their meal surrounded by a collection of Bearbricks in a well-lit dining room. We enjoyed the Dynasty of Aromatic on the nine-course menu, which combined grain-fed Angus beef with Szechuan beef jus and mapo tofu purée.
