“This is an event for lovers of fine food… we hope to remind you of your favourite produce and excite your taste buds with flavour and something new,” says Kirsta Dunstan, investment and trade commissioner, Asean.

First launched across Western Australia in 2018, this dining festival hopes to promote the state’s top-quality produce and wines. This year will see the festival run in Singapore, alongside its sister edition in Western Australia.

The local edition will also include a thrilling line-up of participating venues. Fans of Italian restaurant Prego will not want to miss chef Mauro Sanna’s Manjimup truffle pizza, comprising layers of cognac-infused mushroom duxelles, Paris bottom mushrooms, ricotta and thyme. It’s finished with a serving of luxuriously shaved Manjimup truffle.

Seafood lovers are also assured a merry time at Burnt Ends, as chef-owner and Perth native Dave Pynt plates up two tantalising dishes: Western Australian marron served with smoky tobiko and kombu beurre blanc; and tender Fremantle octopus accompanied with aromatic romesco sauce.
