It's a longer line-up of 58 establishments that have made the cut, 12 of which are new entrants
In the lead up to the Michelin Guide gala and awards ceremony that's taking place at Capella Singapore on September 17, the Michelin Guide Singapore has revealed the 58 establishments, made up of mostly eateries, that have made it onto its Bib Gourmand 2019 list.
An increase from last year’s 50, the majority—33 to be exact—are hawker stalls, while six are street food establishments and 19 are restaurants. According to its guidelines, these dining places serve exceptional food at moderate prices, with a complete meal capped at $45.

It’s also worth noting that 12 of these are new entrants: Anglo Indian (Shenton Way), Beach Road Fish Head Bee Hoon (Whampoa Makan Place), Bedok Chwee Kueh (Bedok Interchange Hawker Centre), Chef Kang’s Noodle House, Chen’s Mapo Tofu, Fu Ming Cooked Food (Redhill Food Centre), Guan Kee Fried Kway Teow (Ghim Moh Market and Food Centre), Hjh Maimunah (Jalan Pisang), Hock Hai (Hong Lim) Curry Chicken Noodle (Bedok Interchange Hawker Centre), Indocafe–The White House, Koh Brother Pig’s Organ Soup (Tiong Bahru Market) and To-Ricos Guo Shi (Old Airport Road Food Centre).
