It will be a long wait before the grand opening so to tide fans over, the café will be holding a pop-up joint at the museum’s Rain Oculus starting from today until December 29.

Take advantage of this period to try its signatures, like the hand-dripped aromatic brew made with single-origin coffee beans procured from various countries. Choose from various beans, like the fruity and floral Ethiopia beans; or bright and zesty Kenya beans.

1. Americano

The Singapore menu is simple, putting the spotlight on classic coffee variants—including the Americano. Prepared by mixing an espresso shot with hot water, this cup is strong and flavourful, with deep and intense coffee notes.

2. Pour-over Coffee

Here, its pour-over coffees are a classic. This method of brewing sees hot water poured over fresh grounds in a filter. The result is a cup that's vibrant and aromatic. While the joint's selection of single origin beans rotate on a regular basis, anticipate beans such as the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe. Obtained from the Gediyo region, these beans offer a smooth cup filled with strong floral and citrus notes.

3. Bonsoy Latte

The coffee joint’s latte is a classic, a drink perfect for a midday pick me up. This coffee beams with warm, bold and fruity flavours, balanced with creaminess from the soy milk.
