Founded in 2011 by Filipino-American chef Alvin Cailan and his cousin Jeff Vales, the restaurant will be partnering with Korean food and beverage company SPC Group, the people who brought us Shake Shack and Paris Baguette.
One main thing Singapore residents can look forward to is a menu that will very closely resemble the original one in Los Angeles.
Our local menu will feature six signature sandwiches from the original menu such as Fairfax, Egg Salad, Cheeseburger, Slut, and the wagyu-steak filled Gaucho. The sandwiches will all have creamy eggs as their main ingredient and will be served up on pillow-soft and warm brioche buns.
Below, we share some of our favourites on the menu.

While there are a variety of sides, desserts and speciality items, the obvious must-try on the menu is of course an egg sandwich.
If you aren’t sure what to order, we highly recommend going with their fan-favourite, Fairfax, which is a gorgeous combination of fluffy and creamy scrambled eggs topped with caramelised onions, sharp cheddar cheese and sriracha mayonnaise to give you the perfect spicy kick.
For something more hearty, go for the Gaucho which features wagyu tri-tip steak that is cooked in a sous vide water bath before being seared and placed over a medium cooked egg, chimichurri and red onions. The meat is topped off with arugula for the perfect and hearty bite.
Add on some truffle hashbrowns, which are potato babycakes seasoned with truffle rosemary salt and duck fat, or a fresh side salad dressed with red wine vinaigrette and manchego cheese to complete your meal.
