Eat & Cook and Cilantro make their debut, while Nadodi rises in rank
Asia's 50 Best Restaurants announced their 51-100 for 2022 as part of an initiative to recognise more restaurants for their culinary prowess and impact on the industry. On this year's list are some of Asia's most acclaimed restaurants including three from Malaysia: Nadodi, Eat & Cook and Cilantro.

Nadodi made the highest leap of all restaurants on this list from #99 to #62, a testament to its inventive Indian cuisine. "The entire team is extremely happy," says brand director Kartik Kumar. "To still get to rise 37 spots after a difficult year shows how hard we strive to get better and better." Nadodi is also one of Tatler Dining's Top 20 Restaurants in 2022.
A new entry at #81 is Eat & Cook that most recently nabbed the coveted Asia's 50 Best Restaurants One to Watch Award 2022. Also one of our Top 20 Restaurants this year, Eat & Cook is a pioneer in omakase-style dining specialising in Malaysian ingredients.
Last but not least is Cilantro, which enters Asia's Best list at #93. A pioneer in the local fine dining scene, it's known for its French cuisine with Japanese influences.
