Co-founder and winner of Asian Pastry Cup 2016 Pang Yun Kian curated a relatively straightforward menu comprising two options, each comes with four items.
Go for the Afternoon Treat if you favour the rich and creamy notes of classic Philadephia cheesecake with a hint of lemon and a robust dark chocolate mousse with a nutty hazelnut praline base. For something less sweet and fruity, the Teatime Set offers earthy pistachios paired with a mildly sweet raspberry marmalade and a mixed nut tart with a gentle layer of chocolate caramel.
Available on Tuesdays and Sundays, it's advisable to preorder at least one day in advance.

2. C3 Lab
The transparent jars of its verrine series lets you enjoy the different layers of the dessert construction. Choose two, four, or eight jars, and you get to cherry pick from six different flavours ranging from lemon yuzu curd and orange chocolate mousse to coffee-infused lady finger sponge and pandan and coconut mousse, as well as Cranqueline Choux with orange blossom whipped cream.
