The trio of watches embody Franck Muller's flair for bold timekeeping
The Long Island watch was Franck Muller’s tribute to the Art Deco movement with its gently curved rectangular case when it debuted in 2000. Twenty-four years later, the Long Island returns with a new construction—the geometrical case shape remains but it now adds an inner case to offer an additional layer of protection for the movement.
While the outer case is titanium with black PVD treatment, the inner case is aluminium anodised in pine green. Created exclusively for Asia Pacific region, there are three renditions to choose from: the Long Island Evolution 7 Days Power Reserve (limited to 300 pieces), the Long Island Evolution Master Jumper (limited to 100 pieces), and the Long Island Evolution Giga Tourbillon (only eight pieces will be produced).

The Master Jumper features three jumping displays, positioned vertically one after the other. The hour aperture is at ‘12’, followed by the minute, and then the date at ‘6’. An inner sapphire crystal at the inner bezel level gives the dial a three-dimensional depth.
To ensure there is enough torque to operate the instantaneous jump for hours and minutes, and then the date at the end of the day, a double barrel system is employed, one for the hours and minutes, and another for the date and the movement.
The five discs and the wheels driving them are visible on the dial.
