The luxury watchmaker has opened two new Hong Kong Boutiques, offering top-notch customer service and attention.

Omega makes a splash in Hong Kong with its newly-opened Queens Road Central and K11 Musea spaces, which showcase watches, jewellery, and accessories. But there is more to these boutiques than just a shopping experience. Above the retail space in each boutique lies a hidden oasis where clients can escape the hustle and bustle of the city and indulge in the ultimate Omega experience.

The Queens Road Central location features four floors, including “The Suite”, a five-star salon for invited guests. This five-star salon boasts a client lounge, cocktail bar, dining area, and screening room designed to provide guests with a truly immersive experience of Omega’s world of watchmaking. The brand stays true to its global design concept with natural wood interiors accented by red and gold. Outside, the mosaic-pattern walls showcase the brand’s stories and dynamic offerings.

The K11 Musea boutique also offers elegant and comfortable spaces for browsing and testing skills, with stunning views of Victoria Harbour. Above the retail area, customers can enjoy a luxurious experience on special floors, including a salon for invited guests with a lounge, bar, dining area, and screening room. The setting for both boutiques is inspired by nature and Omega’s home city of Lake Bienne in Switzerland.
