Friends of Tatler Singapore enjoyed a private viewing of the A. Lange & Söhne exhibition in Ion Orchard
A. Lange & Söhne recently celebrated a significant milestone in watchmaking with an exclusive exhibition titled 30 Years of the Lange 1 at Ion Orchard Level 1 Atrium in Singapore. The event marked three decades since the introduction of the Lange 1, a timepiece that has become synonymous with the brand’s commitment to precision and innovation.
On October 29, Tatler Singapore hosted a group of watch enthusiasts at a private viewing of the exhibition, where guests discovered an impressive array of Lange 1 models, including the original piece from 1994, which played a pivotal role in re-establishing the brand’s identity.

A highlight of the exhibition was a live craftsmanship demonstration by a master engraver from Glashütte, Germany, where the manufacture is located. This rare opportunity allowed attendees to appreciate the meticulous craftsmanship that defines A. Lange & Söhne watches.
In addition to the displays and demonstrations, a special video campaign ran throughout the exhibition. This series featured creatives and entrepreneurs from the Asia-Pacific region, including notable Singaporeans who shared personal stories about their connection to A. Lange & Söhne watches. These narratives highlighted defining moments in their lives and underscored the brand’s influence on their journeys.
As the evening drew to a close, guests were also encouraged to explore A. Lange & Söhne’s offerings in the boutique on the second floor of Ion Orchard, where the latest Lange 1 and Little Lange 1 novelties were on display.
