The collection grounds itself in the combination of boundless creativity and high-end craftsmanship and showcased over 156 high jewellery masterpieces at the Terme di Diocleziano in Rome, one of the world’s most extraordinary antique architectural complexes.

The Serpenti Aeterna necklace is exalted as Bvlgari’s most extraordinary and precious diamond piece ever crafted to date. The necklace, requiring over 2,800 hours to complete, is an ode to creativity, expertise, and audacity, honouring 140 years of legacy.

As far as the world of sportswear goes, donning a piece of bling might raise some eyebrows among sports coaches and governing bodies—high jewellery? Now that is unheard of. But if anyone is going to challenge this by marrying the spirits of sport and couture, it would be Chanel. “For creating the Sport high jewellery collection, I was inspired by Chanel’s sporty style, which is such an integral part of the house’s history: the elegance of the line and the freedom of movement,” says Patrice Leguéreau, director of the Chanel jewellery creation studio, about the motivations behind the collection.

In adopting a functional approach to jewellery, Chanel’s technical savoir-faire adds to its own signature aesthetic, particularly in the Graphic Line necklace. The sporting of the Chanel logo designed as an openwork imprint on its reverse side is a first for Chanel haute joaillerie. The Maison uses an in-house, specially developed tube chain, the “sport cord”, a rare technique in high jewellery, giving its creations unparalleled flexibility that sits like a second skin on the wearer—perhaps a fitting item for a tennis match or two.

Inspired by the world of fairytales from Contes de Fées, Swiss luxury Maison Chopard births 77 exquisite designs that may soon be worn “once upon a time”. Caroline Scheufele, the creative force behind the designs, drew inspiration from childhood memories, fantasy realms, enchanted forests, and kingdoms far far away. Loyal to the Maison’s remarkable boldness and talent for showcasing the living world, the Red Carpet Collection is where wishes come true for passionate artisans to present their exceptional work to the people.

The Majestic Oak necklace is the epitome of strength and power, a fitting piece for the warrior, nature-loving princess. Inspired by an oak tree, the habitat of small creatures and crafted from ethical gold and titanium, the necklace immortalised a true fairy tale that dances around the neck.

For its latest high jewellery collection, the French jeweller Cartier, emerged out of the wild with a stunning 87-piece collection which offers a new take on Cartier’s signature animals, most notably, the majestic panther, which has long been a signature of Cartier.

A symbol of elegance, grace, and power, it leaps into a posture that envelopes the wrist and hand for the Panthère Jallissante ring-bracelet. Designed in the form of a hybrid jewel, the panther is ready to pounce at any moment, as the fierce guardian of the Zambian emerald.

Boucheron Or Bleu

Boucheron creative director Claire Choisne traces the fluidity and versatility of water for the Maison’s latest high jewellery collection, “Or Bleu”. Whilst gazing at the nature of Iceland, she had a vision for the waterfall as a diamond necklace, the waves as shoulder jewellery, and the heart of a glacier as a crystal bracelet. Charmed by nature’s allure, Choisne brought to life her poem to the beauty of water with 26 creations that encapsulate the naturalistic impressions of colour, texture, flow, reflections, and transparency of water.

The most eye-catching body of water from the collection is the ever-flowing Cascade necklace measuring 148 cm, making it the longest piece ever made in Boucheron’s ateliers.

51 handcrafted works of art come together in Pomellato’s tribute to Milan’s harmonious paradox of an urban essence against a creative spirit. Characterised by linear shapes and intense colours that are reminiscent of Milan’s monochromatic treasures, Pomellato unveils its fifth high jewellery collection as testament to the jewellers’ deep-rooted connection to its homeland. The collection is divided into two complementary themes, each interpreting Milan through the unique lens of Pomellato. “It rests on what is tangible—perfect knowledge of artisan jewellers, Pomellato’s complete mastery of all the steps involved in creating a piece of high jewellery—and what is intangible in the creation, where the colour of a stone or the shape of a jewel evokes an emotion,” explains Vincenzo Castaldo, creative director of Pomellato.

Capturing Milan’s ethereal beauty is the dreamy Moonstone necklace, a highlight of the high jewellery collection.

Imagined to be a collection that combines artistic disciplines and three eloquent tableaux: music, dance, and magic, the mastery of the House at its peak. Conveying the full measure of the Chaumet’s virtuosity, the three chosen tableaux (each of historic significance to the jeweller) translates the Maison’s esteemed art of movement into stunningly poetic jewels that are both captivating and bewitching.

Evoking the magic of acrobats displaying incredible aerial displays, the Voltage parure necklace is a play of lines, tightening and twisting them around like a masterfully performed aerial act. Representative of Chaumet’s expert art of the line, the necklace comes alive with the animation of twisted and flat lines. To top it off, the necklace is transformable into a tiara for the royals at heart.
