Five new rose gold and white gold Frivole creations join the cheery collection of floral jewellery

Spring has finally arrived the signs are all around. Budding trees, blooming flowers and warmer weather signify new life and create an overall lighter, more optimistic mood. The season is an important one for the house of Van Cleef & Arpels, given how spring is so deeply entwined with nature—a key source of inspiration for the brand.

As is tradition for the maison, Van Cleef & Arpels is celebrating the start of spring with a special tribute. This year, it has enriched its floral-themed Frivole collection of jewellery with five dazzling new creations.

Like most other signature Van Cleef & Arpels jewellery collections, Frivole is incredibly apt for the season of spring. Delicate heart-shaped petals made out of mirror-polished gold seem to gently unfurl from the central diamond pistil of each floral motif, carrying that same lightness and poetry of flowers blooming. These sparkling corollas possess a jovial, airy aesthetic that also illuminates the skin with their radiant glow.

The five new Frivole creations include a dazzling 7 flowers bangle made in white gold and set with close to three hundred diamonds. Each diamond was selected according to Van Cleef & Arpels’s strict criteria, to bring out the beauty of the asymmetric floral arrangement around the wrist.

Another precious bouquets among the novelties is the 8 flowers ring that, for the first time in the Frivole collection, comes in duo-toned rose and white gold set with diamonds. The flowers are placed at varying levels to create an organic, three-dimensional look—five in white gold and paved with diamonds, alongside three in rose gold accented by a central diamond.

The remaining three novelties are great for more casual wear and can be worn together. All made in rose gold and accented with central diamonds, the creations include a pendant in a new small size, a Between the Finger ring with two flowers of different sizes, and a pair of small earrings.

All of these new Frivole creations can be easily paired with each other as well as with other timeless Van Cleef & Arpels jewellery. To herald in these new pieces and the arrival of spring, Van Cleef & Apples worked with French artist Alexandre Benjamin Navet to create colourful designs featuring his illustrations to decorate the campaign visuals well as the maison’s store window displays and boutiques.

A friend of the brand since 2020, Navet’s crayon-like designs for the season feature vibrant flowers that immediately brighten up a space, perfecting complementing the radiant new Frivole creations.
