Pia Wurtzbach was officially appointed as “a friend of the House” at a special dinner

There’s no stopping Pia Wurtzbach as she steadily rises to international renown. The style icon and former Miss Universe 2015 was recently appointed as Bulgari’s newest house ambassador in June 2024, with the designation of “friend of the house”. She was recently spotted at a special dinner held at Hapag, where she was officially welcomed into the Bulgari family.

Wurtzbach now joins the ranks of international celebrities Anne Hathaway, Priyanka Chopra and Zendaya as representatives of the luxury Roman jewellery House.

Wurtzbach shares, “What struck me was not just the beauty of the jewellery, but how wearing it made me feel-elegant, empowered, and connected to something timeless.”

The beauty queen donned a trove of Bulgari jewellery during her numerous red-carpet appearances at the 77th Cannes Film Festival. She was also spotted mingling with K-Pop stars Kim Mingyu, Ni-Ki and Jungwon for the debut of Bulgari Studios in Seoul last March.

Wurtzbach also cites accessories from the Serpenti High jewellery collection as her favourite pieces. She wore a Serpenti Viper necklace at the Hapag dinner, which she paired with a black, sleeveless halter dress from Maison Alaïa.
