On the occasion of Cannes Film Festival's 75th anniversary this year, Chopard will create a total of 75 high jewellery pieces
This year marks Chopard's 25th year as the official partner of the Cannes Film Festival. Besides being a key presence on the red carpet, Chopard also actively recognises new talents via Trophee Chopard given to one male and one female actor selected by a jury of professionals. The family-owned Swiss brand is also responsible for crafting the Palme d'Or trophy, Cannes' highest honour.

As an ardent supporter of filmmaking and the cinematic experience, Chopard also uses the occasion to showcase its flair for high jewellery through its Red Carpet Collection. In honour of Cannes' 75th anniversary, there will be 75 high jewellery creations inspired by cinema. Leading this parade of glitterati is a stunning diamond rose brooch that recalls the one worn by Charlie Chaplin in his movie, City Lights.
The rose features moveable petals set with white diamonds with a stem of black diamonds in "a chromatic tribute to the dense, photogenic black and white images of Chaplin's films."
