The emerald holds an eternal splendour that can be likened to nature's endless territory of imagination that the Roman jewellery house can recreate into works of art.

One would be the Mediterranean Reverie necklace which is considered one of the most precious creations ever made by Bulgari as it stands out with its 107,15-carat cushion-cut Sri Lankan sapphire and its intense yet transparent blue shade.

There's also the Emerald Glory, a 220-carat piece with 11 pear-shaped Colombian emeralds surrounded by a cascade of diamonds, which took more than 3000 hours of handwork to craft. It can be worn as a necklace or a tiara and features a detachable choker.

The Tribute to Paris necklace also features a 35,53-carat oval-shaped Colombian emerald surrounded by inlays of emeralds and diamonds reminiscent of the slender silhouette of the Tour Eiffel. This piece was handcrafted for 2,000 hours.

Feminine grace is also highlighted in the Emerald Venus necklace. It has a unique and intentionally irregular design—an ode to the Green goddess of beauty. It has branches of emerald beads and diamonds around a 20-carat Colombian octagonal-cut emerald. The creation is a part of a set that includes a matching high-end watch that was crafted by five different artisans and features a white gold dial.

The legendary Serpenti sign has become an icon of power and audacity. The sign is featured in the Serpenti Spinel Embrace necklace, which is made from pink gold and diamonds and has a drop-shaped pink spinel from Tajikistan.

The Serpenti Ocean Treasure, on the other hand, is a platinum and diamond necklace designed with two snakes fused into one.

Bulgari has reached new heights of colour experimentation with this new collection as they create elegant pairings.

The Flowers of Eden necklace is intentionally asymmetric, with sinuous shapes and stunning colour combinations. It was handcrafted for 1,5000 hours using an ancient mould technique.

These masterpieces are a tribute to Bulgari's long-standing affinity with the gemstone, and it is high time the emerald is highlighted for its magnificence.
