Apple has released a limited-edition AirPods Pro featuring a case engraved with a special emoji to celebrate the Year of the Tiger
Calling all Apple fans—the tech giant has unveiled a new special edition AirPods Pro to celebrate Chinese New Year 2022, which comes with a special emoji engraved on the charging case in honour of the Year of the Tiger.
Depicting a cute tiger emoji wearing a tiger hood with fireworks in the background, the unique graphic will also decorate the packaging of the limited-edition earphones in red that symbolises fortune and prosperity for the year ahead.

Just like last year’s Year of the Ox offering, the limited edition AirPods Pro is priced the same as the regular version at HK$1,999 (US$249). It is now available in-store and online exclusively at select Asian markets, including Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Taiwan and Malaysia. Customers will also receive a set of 12 red packets embossed with zodiac signs upon purchase.
The Apple websites of these regions have also launched a special Chinese New Year gift guide, featuring products such as iPhone 13, Apple Watch Series 7, iPads, leather cases with MagSafe, and more to help you find the perfect gift for your loved ones.
