The surprise collaboration is launching worldwide on May 12
Fendace, the collaboration between the houses of Fendi and Versace, finally has a release date.
The partnership, which saw creative director Donatella Versace swapping roles with Fendi’s Kim Jones and Silvia Venturini Fendi for the first time, was first revealed at a secret fashion show at Milan Fashion Week.

There were two distinctive collections: Fendi by Versace, for which Donatella injected a dose of sexiness and extravagance to the refined wardrobe of the Fendi woman; and Versace by Fendi, which featured Versace’s ornate baroque prints alongside Fendi’s FF monogram across glamorous dresses and streetwear-inspired pieces.
Both collections also come with limited-edition bags, such as a fresh take on the It-girl favourite, the Versace La Medusa handbag.
The collections are highlighted in the new Fendace campaign shot by Steven Meisel, featuring an all-star cast of models including Adut Akech, Anok Yai, Imaan Hammam and Naomi Campbell.
