In Singapore’s diamond jubilee year, Tatler unveiled the Asia’s Most Stylish 2025 honourees at Paragon with an evening of glamour, intellect, and celebration. From a thought-provoking panel on the meaning of style to a toast to the city’s tastemakers, the night affirmed that true style is never just surface—it is spirit, substance, and cultural force

Last week, Tatler Singapore unveiled its Asia’s Most Stylish 2025 honourees with a glittering celebration at Paragon, transforming Orchard Road’s landmark luxury destination into a stage where glamour, intellect, and cultural influence converged. The evening not only toasted nine of Singapore’s most stylish individuals this year, but also underscored what the list has always stood for: style as substance, declaration, and cultural force.

Hosted by Tatler’s fashion monster Adriel Chiun, the evening began with a spirited reminder that September is “the January of fashion,” a time for renewal, promise, and possibility. In Singapore’s diamond jubilee year, the occasion carried even greater resonance: style as an articulation of spirit, not just appearance.

Tatler Singapore’s Managing Director, Stephanie Tay, reaffirmed the ethos behind the initiative: Asia’s Most Stylish is never just about being best-dressed. It is about the people who shape culture across Asia—tastemakers who show us that style is not only about what you wear, but also how you live, what you believe in, and the impact you make.

Echoing this sentiment, Jaylyn Ong, Managing Director of Straits Retail Property Management Services and Property Manager for Paragon, welcomed guests with words that underlined the significance of the collaboration: “Tonight is more than just a party, it’s a celebration of style, creativity, and community. At Paragon, we’ve always believed that fashion is not only about what we wear, but how it inspires confidence, self-expression, and connection. Bringing together Tatler’s legacy of spotlighting Asia’s Most Stylish with our commitment to timeless luxury makes tonight truly special.”

Marking Paragon’s 25th anniversary, Jaylyn added that it was a fitting moment to host an inaugural event where past, present, and future icons of style converge—an occasion she hopes will set the stage for one of Singapore’s most anticipated annual fashion celebrations.

This year also marked a significant evolution for Asia’s Most Stylish with the introduction of a panel discussion, moderated by Chiun. Titled “Beyond the Surface: Speaking Substance into Style”, the conversation brought together three phenomenal women with formidable voices:

Willabelle Ong, founder of Ome Living, who reflected on navigating the line between personal expression and commercial storytelling as a digital creative.

Wendy Long, philanthropist and famed Alaïa collector, who explored the idea of style as a form of generosity.

Circe Henestrosa, Head of Fashion at LaSalle and globally celebrated curator, who challenged academia to reckon with the emotional power of style.

Over 20 minutes, the panel unpacked the misconceptions of being stylish, debated how taste evolves, and explored what true luxury means in an era where values matter as much as aesthetics. The exchange revealed that style, when at its most potent, is not superficial—it is instinct, intellect, and influence, woven together.
