The fashion designer weaves a colourful collection in time for the holidays
Christmas has always been Rosanna Ocampo-Rodriguez's favourite time of the year. Not only is her birthday four days before the holiday, but it's also the happiest season celebrated with loved ones.

"I am an extrovert and being with people gives me a lot of energy," shares the designer. With a love for travelling and celebrating relationships with her closest friends and family, Ocampo-Rodriguez dressed her muses with pieces from her new “Paris Cha Cha” holiday collection during the launch.

"I don't like being stagnant—that's the worst thing that could that could happen to anyone. . . I've been wanting to dress [these girls] up for a long time because they really imbibe the RO spirit. . .They have many roles in society: they're mothers and actresses, they have other businesses, and there's a lot going on in their lives while still being able to enjoy—and that's exactly what an RO woman is."
The muses in attendance were chosen for their distinct charm. The star-studded launch included Iza Calzado, Sam Pinto-Semerad, Liz Uy, Issa Pressman, Patricia Henson, Mikaela Martinez, Marie Lozano, Janeena Chan, Kelly Misa, Samantha Belle, and Xandra Rocha-Araneta who were donning the designer's signature flair—geometric and colour-blocked tops and bohemian-style denim.
But one standout from the collection is the chic knitwear, a fresh new addition to Ocampo-Rodriguez's line.

"I really wanted to push the envelope and work with new fabrics," says the designer. "It [Lulu knitwear] is definitely not your grandmother's cardigan. It's your cardigan on steroids adorned with pearls and silk fringes. The way we styled it you're supposed to read with a bra with vegan leather leggings."
She also shares that her personal favourites are also Clio, which was worn by Uy, a "head-turning" sheer piece with textured crushed velvet and silk fringes; and the flirty co-ords worn by Rocha-Araneta.

The pieces are anything but boring. With pieces that are vibrant and striking, it enthuses its wearers to be their fun and fearless selves—whether they're in the comfort of their homes or spending a few glamorous nights in Paris.
