Louis Vuitton x Yayoi Kusama
Louis Vuitton and Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama have teamed up once again, 10 years after their iconic collaboration in 2012. This time, Kusama’s whimsical artwork adorns much more than bags and womenswear; you’ll also find menswear, shoes, jewellery and even perfumes in the mix. The highlights of the first drop, which arrives on January 6, includes classic Louis Vuitton monogram bags and leather accessories with colourful polka dots that seem just like they’re painted—but are, in fact, faithfully recreated by Louis Vuitton’s complex serigraphy and embossed printing techniques.

Bottega Veneta Lunar New Year collection
Wondering what to wear for Chinese New Year? Well, if you’re not considering any of the rabbit-inspired accessories that have been released this month, then try Bottega Veneta’s Lunar New Year collection. The Italian fashion brand has introduced its bestselling bags like the Brick Cassette and Candy Arco in a standout shade of red called “Redstone”, which is sure to match your festive ensembles. For the occasion, Bottega Veneta has also launched bags in colours like white, pink and maroon.
Diesel 1DR bag

Diesel’s 1DR bag, one of the most-wanted accessories of 2022, just got hotter. In time for Chinese New Year, the Italian brand has launched the bag in a new dark red metallic colour, complete with gold logo hardware. The accessory is part of Diesel’s red-themed Lunar New Year capsule collection, which also includes a baseball cap and a denim shirt. You can shop the pieces now at Diesel’s store in Paragaon.
Levi’s x Ambush
Has denim ever looked this good? Levi’s has collaborated with Japanese streetwear label Ambush for their second limited-edition collection, this time inspired by biker culture. The star pieces? An edgy biker jacket and a matching pair of biker jeans, both crafted from classic mid-indigo denim. The unisex styles, which come with a special Levi’s x Ambush patch, launch exclusively in Southeast Asia at the Levi’s store in Ion Orchard on January 12.
Fendi x Tiffany & Co Baguette bag
250 hours: that’s how long it took Tiffany & Co’s artisans to create a Fendi Baguette entirely out of sterling silver. The two luxury brands have joined forces to celebrate the iconic Fendi handbag’s 25th anniversary, following Fendi’s star-studded runway show in New York last year. As a nod to both brands’ heritage, the one-of-a-kind bag is adorned with lilies and roses, the national flowers of Italy and New York respectively. The bag, which marries fashion with jewellery, is sculpted with the age-old silversmithing technique known as “chasing”, and weighs almost 2.4 kg. While it’s not for sale (as far as we know), you could still try getting your hands on one of Fendi’s Re-Edition Baguette bags.
Saint Laurent Take-Away Box bag

Saint Laurent has offered up a luxurious take on the McDonald’s Happy Meal—just don’t expect to find food in it. Crafted from leather and lined with suede, the new Take-Away Box bag comes covered in the French fashion brand’s elegant monogram. And if you can look past the gimmick, you’ll realise that the lunchbox shape is actually perfect for storing all your essentials. If you’re looking for an accessory that will spark conversations wherever you go, you’ve found it.
Dior Lady Art #7
Tulle flowers, resin stickers, holographic moulded leather are just some of the textures that colour the seventh edition of the Dior Lady Art project, for which the maison invites artists from all over the world to reinterpret Princess Diana’s favourite handbag. This year, the French fashion house has tapped on talents like Alex Gardner, Minjung Kim, Sarah Cwynar, Wang Yuyang and Ghada Amer, the first Egyptian artist to join the project. Part handbag, part work of art, the limited-edition designs are now available in Singapore exclusively at Dior’s Marina Bay Sands boutique.
