The Duchess of Cambridge’s style has been heralded for its chic sensibility, reflected in the number of monthly internet searches she’s garnered

The Duchess of Cambridge is officially the most Googled royal woman, and her style is so influential that she pulls a total of 9,010 searches per month for the ensembles she wears.

The term “Kate Middleton dresses” has a total of 4,610 monthly searches alone, which makes perfect sense as her coordinating outfits are tasteful and encapsulate stylish yet sensible dressing.

Princess Diana is the second most influential in terms of fashion with 6,000 average monthly searches, and the terms “Princess Diana fashion” and “Princess Diana outfit” received 1,900 and 1,300 monthly searches, respectively. Her timeless looks and flair for more daring pieces are still relevant today, although the release of Spencer and The Crown had a hand in boosting those searches.

“It is remarkable to see that Princess Diana is the second most fashionable Royal woman, despite her passing, highlighting the thought and care she put into every outfit she wore,” said a spokesperson from TopMobileCasino, which conducted the study.

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, with her clean cut and neutral looks, takes third place for most fashionable, followed by the Queen, who has worn every colour of the rainbow during her time as the Britain’s monarch.

“Each member of the Royal family has a distinct style with the Queen having brightly coloured dresses and Kate’s signature long skirts however it is surprising to see whose style resonates with the British public the most,” added the spokesperson.
