Who doesn’t crave a little pampering from time to time? Amidst busy schedules and various goings-on, we all look for products and regimens that not only nourish our bodies but also our souls—take our minds off the daily grind and find moments of peace. That is what our most recent luncheon underscored. Presented by La Prairie, a renowned leader in anti-ageing skincare, the event was a time to unwind, connect, and indulge while learning about the brand’s exciting new collection.

Adorned in hues of blue in homage to the Swiss luxury house’s emblematic colour, guests joined us in the ballroom of Shangri-La The Fort, Manila for this exclusive banquet. Host Anne Gauthier formally opened the gathering, extending a warm welcome from Jackie Avecilla of Rustan’s The Beauty Source and Irene Martel Francisco of Tatler Philippines. Not long after, she also introduced the new Skin Caviar Eye Lift, a powerful serum designed to sculpt the entire eye area, including the brows.
Housed within a stunning dual-chamber bottle, two formulas are freshly mixed with each pump. The combination of the two—one encapsulated in iconic caviar beads, the other in a silky gel-cream emulsion—delivers a gentle yet effective and instant lift, all the more enriched with Caviar Premier.

A different kind of luscious caviar featured in the afternoon’s delightful lunch, which was expertly prepared by the Shangri-La The Fort, Manila team and executive chef Joris Rycken. While everyone savoured each course, pampering came in various forms across the different La Prairie booths at the venue.

Going around the room, guests indulged in one-on-one consultations with knowledgeable brand specialists, interactive demonstrations of La Prairie’s product lines, and rejuvenating hand massages. Through these, they learned about the remarkable benefits of the Skin Caviar collection and discovered tailored techniques to elevate their beauty routines to new heights of luxury and effectiveness. Many went home with their own bags of La Prairie products, feeling blissfully refreshed and eager for more.
