The by-invite-only event took place at Cedric Grolet Singapore located in Como Orchard
In October last year, Swiss beauty brand La Prairie teamed up with world-renowned pastry chef Cédric Grolet in a bid to merge the worlds of luxury skincare and fine food. This collaboration unveiled a culinary masterpiece: a savoury caviar-infused pastry. This marked a first for the pastry chef, who is renowned for his avant-garde “trompe l’oeil” sweet pastries.
The exceptional culinary creation was made in celebration of the skincare house’s re-imagined Skin Caviar Luxe Cream. The pasty features exquisite caviar—La Prairie’s iconic ingredient—harmoniously blended into a pastry.

This luxurious egg-shaped pastry is presented in a bespoke cobalt blue box, the signature colour of La Prairie’s Skin Caviar Collection. It was exclusively sold only at the Cedric Grolet Opéra Boutique in Paris from October 25 to November 8.
However, La Prairie made the impossible possible this year by offering this exact pastry at Cédric Grolet Singapore at an exclusive one-day-only La Prairie event attended by a select group of Tatler friends and La Prairie’s clients. Beyond this event, the pastry will no longer be available at the store—which makes the entire experience even more special for the guests.
During the event, guests discovered the Skin Caviar collection, including the new Skin Caviar Eye Lift. They were also treated to hand massages after a short presentation by the La Prairie team.
