Featuring an addictive light and earthy scent, Hermès' new Les Mains Hermès hand cream came just in time for the colder months ahead. The formula is hydrating without it being overly heavy to a point where my hands get sticky—I don't usually wear hand cream, but for Hermès? Well, that's a different story.

2. Uma Hair Oil

It's one thing to have thick hair but it's another thing to maintain it. I'm petite with a small face so my luscious and thick hair can sometimes be in the way. What's worse, it's actually really dry no matter the season but especially worse in the summer because it's frizzy and sweaty and in winter, it's just dry causing dandruff to build up.

My go-to nowadays to nourish my hair is Uma's Hair Oil. I love how it hydrates my hair with its blend of grapefruit, hibiscus and Indian gooseberry. I'm not one to put too much stuff on my hair but this one saves the day as it moisturises the hair follicles, keeping my hair silky and smooth.

3. Rose MD Skin Blemish Control Booster

I don't have breakouts often but if I do, it's terrible because I have facial hair (and I prefer to keep it natural and not get it waxed). To help with my breakouts, I use Rose MD Skin's Blemish Control Booster. Thanks to the Jamaican blend of fruit extracts, it soothes and hydrates my skin to keep its clear and bright complexion. I also love how this product is fragrance-free.

4. Burberry Kisses Matte

I'm in love with Burberry Beauty's latest lipstick collection: Burberry Kisses Matte. I tend to stay away from matte anything because they are so intimidating but I've found myself wearing this lipstick in shade 97 Matte Oxblood almost daily.

I was able to pick up some great tips from a masterclass with their global beauty director Isamaya Ffrench. Her advice was to do a gentle lip scrub and avoid using too much lip balm before applying the lipstick because the formula itself is super hydrating, which I can attest to. I've also been following her lead in adding a touch of shimmer to the middle to add dimension and give the illusion of volume to my woefully thin lips.

I actually look forward to my nighttime skincare routine now because it means I can apply a nourishing layer of this body cream. This fragrance-free cream from natural skincare brand, TruNomad contains prebiotics and vitamin E to restore the skin’s natural barrier. After a bath, I massage the cream into my skin, working it into my driest areas such as elbows and ankles. It leaves my skin silky soft, with no trace of a greasy or oily finish.

Winter is a difficult time for my skin, especially when eczema flare-ups. Cubed’s Body Butter, one of their signature products, moisturize my dry skin and soothe the itchiness instantly. The non-greasy body cream improves my flaky skin conditions and helps recover the damaged and rough skin caused by eczema.

7. Heroine Make Prime Liquid Eyeliner

During this Covid-19 era, most of us who still wear makeup under our masks have placed more emphasis on eye makeup. Japanese brand Heroine Make has some of the best eye makeup products in the market that can instantly elevate your look seamlessly. I've always been a fan of its liquid eyeliners but its newly reformulated Prime Liquid Eyeliner is better than ever.

It now comes with a longest-lasting film eyeliner formula, which is not only super water-resistant but allows for easier drawing, thanks to a special liquid control function. I love that the ultra-fine brush features a 0.1mm tip that allows me greater control and precision. It's available in three shades: Jet Black 01, Brown Black 02 and Natural Brown 03.

I’ve never put too much thought into toners—I just wanted something that would refresh my skin and get rid of excess dirt and oil. Skin Need’s Light Toner has changed my outlook and does what it promises. Formulated with plant extracts and free from AHAs, the toner hydrates my sensitive skin and minimises the appearance of pores, allowing the rest of the products I apply to absorb more easily into the skin. After continuous usage of three weeks, I've noticed that my skin looks and feels softer.

9. Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder in Celestial Light

A good setting powder is hard to find. Most will either dry your skin out, causing the dreaded "cakey" appearance, or it's not oil-absorbing enough that you'd have to constantly reapply throughout the day. Laura Mercier's Translucent Loose Setting Powder in Celestial Light has a shimmer in the formula, giving you a new glowy finish as your brush it on your face. I always look more awake and feel like a goddess afterwards.
