Streaks allows you to track up to 24 tasks, and it can even be synced across all of your iOS devices including your iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.

Need some motivation to keep you on track? The app allows you to share tasks with other users, so they can encourage you and keep you accountable. Checking your phone constantly for notifications and reminders for the above apps can be cumbersome. Fortunately, there is no shortage of options for fitness trackers that you can wear on your person all the time.

Staying healthy doesn’t necessarily mean you've got to join a gym or take up classes. Even when you are at home, you can always grab your laptop and exercise equipment to work out on the spot. For those looking for workouts that focus on flexibility and mobility, Lottie Murphy’s Pilates channel and Cat Meffan’s Yoga channel will give you a full body workout.

That being said, if you prefer something more structured in a class, Apple Fitness Plus is a great subscription-based fitness service that works with an Apple Watch. Once you subscribe you can access 11 workout types including HIIT, Yoga, Strength and even guided meditation. All of these exercises are conducted by a team of dedicated instructors. Choose between workouts from five up to 45 minutes and monitor your workout in real-time on your watch.
