全球到處面臨缺電,但瑞士就是可以找出一條新的解決之道!

瑞士創新能源科技公司 Sun-Ways 聯合洛桑聯邦理工學院(EPFL),推出全球首創的可拆卸鐵道太陽能計畫,將於 2025 年在瑞士納沙泰爾州的鐵道上展開試驗。以細節來說,就是利用現有的鐵道基礎設施,透過在軌道間安裝太陽能面板,以不佔用額外土地的方式來產生清潔能源,藉此解決電力供應問題。

此試點計畫將首先在一段 100 公尺長的鐵道上鋪設太陽能面板,這些面板如地毯般由特製列車自動鋪設於軌道間。為了適應鐵道的日常運作和維護需求, Sun-Ways 研發了快速拆裝機制,面板上還覆有防反光塗層以確保火車駕駛的視野不受干擾。若成功,該技術有望擴展至瑞士的整個 5,317 公里鐵道網絡,每年可產生約 1 太瓦時(TWh)的電力,相當於全國電力消耗的 2%,或是可供 30% 的運輸業用電需求。

Sun-Ways 公司期望將此項技術推廣至全球,尤其是歐洲、美國和亞洲的部分地區,甚至計畫在德國、羅馬尼亞等地進行擴展。該公司表示,全球鐵道總長超過 100 萬公里,其中一半以上適合使用此技術,不僅能大幅減少碳排放,還能為能源轉型做出重大貢獻。

此創新技術也獲得了包括瑞士聯邦交通辦公室在內的多方支持,並已進行必要的測試來確保耐用性。例如,在火車行駛過程中使用特製清潔刷清除面板上的灰塵與碎石,確保發電效率。這項工程計畫意味著瑞士在可再生能源領域的又一次突破,並被視為未來能源供應的一項重要發展趨勢。
