Cover Introducing Indonesia's Tatler Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow 2026

Indonesia's newest Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow span industries, disciplines and ambitions—from globally recognised artists, athletes and culinary innovators to founders building the next generation of technology and finance. Together, they reflect a generation redefining Indonesia's influence on the world.

For the past decade, Tatler Gen.T has recognised emerging leaders before they become defining voices of their generation—spotlighting individuals whose ambition, innovation and purpose are shaping the future. As Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow celebrates its tenth anniversary, the 2026 Indonesia cohort continues that legacy with a new class of visionaries whose influence extends well beyond their respective fields.

This year's list captures the breadth of Indonesia's rising talent like never before. It brings together entrepreneurs building technology with regional ambitions, scientists and healthcare innovators advancing research, creatives redefining culture, athletes competing on the international stage, culinary pioneers elevating Indonesia's gastronomic reputation, and changemakers driving impact through public service and advocacy. Rather than being concentrated in one industry, the cohort reflects an ecosystem of leadership that is as diverse as Indonesia itself.

Several honourees have already earned recognition on the global stage. Vocal group No Na is introducing Indonesian music to international audiences, while tennis player Janice Tjen is emerging as one of the country's brightest sporting talents. Pastry chef Ardika Dwitama Tjandra has elevated Indonesian culinary excellence through accolades including Asia's Best Pastry Chef 2026, while founders such as Natasha Ardiani Hartoro are building infrastructure that could reshape cross-border payments across Asia by connecting traditional finance with the stablecoin economy. Together, they represent a generation that thinks beyond borders while remaining deeply connected to the opportunities and challenges of Indonesia. They are not simply leaders to watch—they are already helping define Indonesia's next chapter.

As Tatler Gen.T celebrates ten years of championing Asia's emerging leaders, the 2026 edition brings together past Indonesian honourees with a new generation of changemakers. From founders building regional technology platforms and culinary innovators earning international acclaim to musicians, athletes and creatives taking Indonesian talent to the world stage, they represent the diverse voices shaping Indonesia's future.

RAISA
SINGER AND SONGWRITER

One of Indonesia's defining pop artists, 2022 Gen.T honouree Raisa has continued to evolve her sound and cultural influence since making her solo debut in 2011. Following the success of her album ambiVert, she won the 2025 Anugerah Musik Indonesia Award for Best Female Pop Solo Artist for "Terserah" and, in 2026, staged Raisa Live in Concert: Love & Let Go with Andi Rianto and Magenta Orchestra—a two-night concert at the Jakarta Convention Center that marked the biggest solo production of her career. Beyond music, Raisa continues to expand her influence through major brand partnerships and a highly engaged digital community.

For the past 10 years, Gen.T has recognised Indonesia's emerging leaders long before they gained widespread recognition—not for visibility alone, but for the meaningful impact they were already creating. The Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow 2026 brings together 10 new honourees and 10 alumni from previous years, celebrating how early recognition has evolved alongside their enduring influence.

NO NA
ARTIST, 88RISING

Named after "nona", the Indonesian word for "miss", No Na became the first Indonesian girl group signed to global music label 88rising. The group went on to perform at Head in the Clouds in Los Angeles and Tokyo, earn a place on The NME 100: Essential Emerging Artists for 2026 and build an international audience of more than 1.5 million monthly Spotify listeners.

NATASHA ARDIANI HARTORO
CO-FOUNDER AND CEO, DURIANPAY
